I initially had another local company come to look at the problem with the drain. They agreed the pipe had collapsed and would require replacing. They quoted £850 to do a job that would take half a day. Needless to say I sent them packing! I then contacted EnviroClear who came out, confirmed the work required and did the job for £350 all in.

Great service, after being let down by another "Emergency Plumber" these guys turned up when promised and fixed the issue really quickly. The prices were also extremely reasonable considering I needed my plumbing working again before my kids went back to school! Can't thank you enough.

When they came out, they dealt with the issue swiftly, they had a friendly manner and pointed out a little area to get fixed to stop damage to the property.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called one morning because I could smell waste in my house.  I couldn’t work out from where.  I was greeted by a very friendly woman who arranged an appointment to survey the drains.  The first appointment was great. The lad was bang on time, he unearthed a back falling waste pipe and some joint displacements.  He cleaned out the blockage.   The cctv images were sent to me after inspection and I was given a quote to repair the outside works.  The second appointment the lad was again bang on time, he explained every step and repaired the defects.
What I liked was at every point the price was explained - absolutely no hidden costs.  The lads were really friendly and knowledgeable.  Also giving me some really good suggestions for other jobs like repairing the gutter and rerouting a downpipe that will help my damp problem.
Also I have a clear idea what to ask the plumber for.

We had a blocked downstairs toilet and from booking the appointment, to the service and then follow up was quick and efficient and great customer service. We had to call them out again 2 days later for an unforeseeable issue that again was sorted quickly, with the engineer showing us the issue and what he had done to fix it. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.
